Craig & Dee Chandler
Exchange Managers of Student Support
Craig and Dee Chandler have called Southeast Idaho home for over 40 years. Recently, they fulfilled a lifelong dream by building their home along the scenic banks of the Snake River, where they enjoy year-round outdoor activities with their family.
Dee was raised in a small town in southern Arizona, where she was a standout athlete and developed a deep love for horses through her father’s guidance. An accomplished rodeo participant, she competed in roping and barrel racing events throughout her youth. Dee met Craig while attending beauty college in Utah. The couple married, and after living in Arizona, they ultimately settled in Craig’s hometown in Idaho, where they now reside.
Throughout her life, Dee has been deeply involved in community and church service. She has dedicated countless hours to volunteer and charitable initiatives, offering her time and talents to support and uplift those around her.
Craig, a Southeast Idaho native, served a mission for his church in the Hill Cumorah area near Buffalo, New York. He attended Ricks College before joining his father and brother in the family insurance business, where he has spent decades serving clients with professionalism and integrity. He, too, has devoted significant time to charitable and church service, working with youth, supporting the elderly, and participating in numerous community events. Most recently, Craig completed a humanitarian mission to Ukraine, delivering critical supplies and medicine to communities in war-affected regions.
Together, Craig and Dee find joy in spending time with their grandchildren, attending their sporting events, biking, kayaking, working in their yard, and hosting friends and family for frequent barbecues. Their lives are a testament to family values, faith, and community service.
