Stephen & Mary Davis

Exchange Managers of Global
Stephen and Mary Davis currently serve as Volunteer Global Project Managers for The Stirling Foundation. Both are graduates of Brigham Young University, where Stephen earned a degree in Economics, and Mary earned a degree in Elementary Education with minors in Spanish and Music. Together, they have built a life centered on leadership, service, and global experience, now residing in Midway, Utah, after decades of professional and faith-based work across the United States and internationally.

Steve began a distinguished 34-year career with Shell Oil Company, focusing on supply chain and marketing leadership roles. His career took their family to New Orleans, Bakersfield, Martinez, California, and Houston, as well as internationally to Muscat, Oman, and Beijing, China, where he managed supply chain operations for Shell China. He retired in 2015.

Mary has devoted her time to family, education, and community service, serving in numerous leadership roles that have strengthened both local and international communities.

Together, from 2017 to 2020, Steve and Mary served as mission leaders for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Bulgaria/Central Eurasia Mission, overseeing efforts across Turkey, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan.

Stephen and Mary are the parents of six children and grandparents to twenty-two grandchildren. Their family is spread across Houston, Nashville, Los Angeles, and Utah. Together, they exemplify a lifelong commitment to faith, service, leadership, and family, with a lasting impact on the communities they serve worldwide.
