The Stirling Foundation partnered with TEAM University in Uzbekistan to support a structured entrepreneurship program designed to cultivate emerging business leaders. Participants progressed through intensive training in business development, strategy, and enterprise management, guided by experienced instructors and local entrepreneurs. The program culminated in a public presentation and evaluation by established business leaders, with several participants selected to launch new enterprises within their communities.
