Marie Hutchings

Executive Assistant and Manager of Marketing, Culture, & Strategy
Marie Hutchings joined The Stirling Foundation in 2023 as Executive Assistant to the President, where she supports executive leadership and helps advance key organizational priorities. In addition to executive support responsibilities, she contributes to strategy, marketing, and culture initiatives that strengthen how the Foundation operates.

Marie focuses on strengthening systems, simplifying processes, and improving alignment across strategy, reporting, and digital infrastructure. Through refining workflows and enhancing the Foundation’s SharePoint environment, she helps ensure clarity, accountability, and cohesion across teams. She brings a steady, solutions-oriented approach to complex initiatives and is invested in cultivating a culture rooted in trust, collaboration, and shared purpose.

Marie holds an associate degree from Utah Valley University. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, and exploring crochet. She has been married to her husband Josh since 2017, and they recently welcomed a daughter.
