Mark’s career spans more than three decades in U.S. government and public service, including senior roles at the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness. He played a central role in shaping national policies to reduce homelessness under Presidents George W. Bush, Barack Obama, and Donald Trump. He oversaw multibillion-dollar budgets, chaired national committees, and helped create lasting solutions for individuals, including veterans and families. In addition to his government service, Mark has served as a consultant to cities and counties on strategies to end homelessness and as an advisor to philanthropic initiatives.

Lynne brings deep experience in public service and community engagement. Earlier in her career, she worked in the White House under Presidents Ford, Carter, and Reagan, including in the West Wing. More recently, she spearheaded the implementation of JustServe, an online platform connecting volunteers with community needs, while also volunteering herself in disaster recovery efforts in Texas, New York, and Louisiana. Beyond her professional roles, Lynne treasures her most important calling as a mother to five children and grandmother to eight grandchildren.
