"Nicole Stirling is a founding board member of The Stirling Foundation, a global philanthropic organization with initiatives in more than 50 countries, and serves as its Vice President and Chief Relations Officer. Her work centers on building trusted relationships with leaders in government, faith-based, civic, and academic institutions to support collaborative efforts that strengthen families and communities in diverse cultural and national contexts. 

Alongside her philanthropic work, Nicole is President of a Houston-based IT consulting firm that develops custom software solutions for clients in the oil and gas, chemical, and gold mining sectors worldwide. Earlier in her career, she worked with Richard B. Wirthlin - former chief strategist and pollster for President Ronald Reagan - at his international market research firm, an experience that shaped her approach to strategic listening, research-informed decision-making, and cross-cultural engagement.

Nicole and her husband, Bryant, are the parents of three children and proud grandparents of two grandchildren."
